Manjula Khanna, a resident of Solaire Heritage, is a certified instructor for Meditation and Breath-work. In this workshop, she will teach breathing and meditation techniques to promote a balanced and harmonious lifestyle.
Regular practices of Breath-work along with Meditation have profound benefits by reducing stress and anxiety by calming the nervous system and preventing overwhelming thoughts. These practices also help alleviate pain by harnessing the soothing power of breath and meditation to ease physical and emotional discomfort.
