Committees
There are 5 Committees that serve the Board: Architectural, Facilities, Finance, Landscape, and Lifestyle. Periodically there are “Special Committees” that serve on a short-term basis at the request of the Board for unique projects.
Committee members have 2-year terms and are appointed by the Board after submitting applications for those roles. They meet monthly and their job is to “get into the nuts and bolts” of how things are running, how to improve where needed, offer up solutions if there are problems, listen to the homeowners, and seek opportunities to enhance the community where possible. They help the Board make the best decisions for the HOA, providing an essential service to the Board and the Community.

ARCHITECTURAL COMMITTEE
This committee is responsible for reviewing and enforcing the architectural guidelines for the community with residents. Their charge is to preserve the high quality of appearance, ensure compatibility between improvements, and to enhance the overall value of Heritage Solaire. Residents work with the committee to plan and get any approvals necessary when modifying their home. All forms and needed information are listed on the portal under the help section. FACILITIES COMMITTEE
This committee is dedicated to ensuring that the infrastructure of Heritage is sound and in premium condition. They ensure that the common areas of the community like the Sol Centre, streets, gates, etc. are in top shape and working order. FINANCE COMMITTEE
Of utmost important to the community is our financial health. The Finance Committee is composed of highly skilled and experienced financial professionals who review, recommend, and assist the Board with the task of ensuring our community is in the best financial situation possible. LANDSCAPE COMMITTEE
Working tirelessly to keep the community’s growing and living things healthy and beautiful, the Landscape Committee is responsible for making sure the community’s “living assets” are well tended, healthy and maintained to ensure continued growth, and adding value to the community. They oversee the community landscapers, providing continuity of appearance, maintaining the health of each plant and tree, and setting up care schedules for all homes and common areas. LIFESTYLE COMMITTEE
The Lifestyle Committee is all about fun! Hosting events for residents whether large or small is their mission. Heritage Solaire wants our community to be as “social” as possible, so much so, that we’ve hired our own Lifestyle Coordinator to keep the fun coming!
